Core Strength Vinyasa
Students learn to “set the foundation,” engage the core, and then express a pose, bringing the limbs into service of the spine. Poses help to release tension from the outer body, allowing the muscles to support the spine and joints from the inside out.
Eclectic Yoga Flow
A multi-level class using sequences from various yoga styles. Various breathing techniques improve strength, balance and flexibility, leaving students calm, tranquil & centered. A challenging & rewarding class both for new yogis and yogi veterans.
Go with the Flow
A multi-level class designed for students who enjoy a 75 minute class in which to open the hips and chest, elongate the muscles and energize the body through pranayama and invigorating asanas. Practice ends with a calming guided meditation/visualization.
Good Morning Flow
Awaken the body & mind with this dynamic vinyasa flow class. Work all the muscles of the body through balanced sequences & finish with deep stretching, leaving you refreshed, energized, and ready to start the day. Wake up and get your flow on!
Hatha
Using the most widely practiced form of yoga in the world, this class focuses on learning traditional postures (asanas) & conscious breathing. Emphasis is placed on longer held poses, to develop balance, strength, flexibility & mindfulness.
HOT Ashtanga Variation
Enjoy a consistent practice that allows you to grow and flow. Ashtanga combines traditional flow sequencing with held poses for 3-5 breath durations to increase strength & flexibility, & to balance the body & mind. At 5:30a you will definitely feel like you’ve had a workout!

HOT Sequence
Practiced in a hot room to allow the body to warm up quickly, these 60 or 90 minute sequences deepen the practice & maximize detoxification for a full body workout that leaves you physically challenged yet invigorated.
HOT Vinyasa Flow
A Vinyasa class (continuous movement through poses with synchronized breathing) performed in a heated room to heal & detoxify. Energetic postures, arm balances & challenging poses come out to play in this mood-elevating class. Students feel a sense of peace & well-being.
HOT Yoga
Taught at all levels, this class combines vinyasa (flow) with long holds allowing the muscles to lengthen for a deep release. The heated room allows the body to perspire, flushing toxins and cleansing the systems. Proper hydration is a must in the heated classroom.
HOT Yoga 101
New to Hot Yoga? This is an introduction to basic poses, healthy alignment & proper breathing techniques performed in a slightly lower temperatures (97-100°F) to heal and detoxify while acclimatizing to the heat. Taught with modifications to accommodate various needs & abilities. Come to class ready to sweat and to have fun!
HOT Yoga Journey
Practiced at a deliberate pace to work the full body, this invigorating sequence of poses is taught at 104°F, 40% humidity. With precise instruction, students learn each pose in steps, progressing to advanced variations to challenge balance & focus. Learn to listen to your body & enjoy the journey!
Kids Yoga (8-13 yrs)
Classes are designed based on the appropriate developmental stage of the child, as well, with the intention of promoting inner (mental) and outer (physical) strength. The classes will integrate raditional yoga poses, flowing sequences and breathing techniques for relaxation.
Lunchtime Yoga
Take a break from your day and spend lunch with us! Enjoy this hatha-style class that will help move your body and increase metabolism. This class is designed to provide you with that extra energy to get you through that afternoon drag and keep you invigorated throughout the day!
Mommy and Me (crawling-2 yrs)
A beautiful way to bond & engage your little one in the art of self awareness. Children develop an improved ability to focus, build strength, flexibility, coordination, & create a sense of inner peace at an early age. Children learn quickly & are natural in their practice of yoga.
Mommy and Tot (2-4 yrs)
Children are natural yogis with open attitudes, naturally deep breath & flexible bodies. Connect with your child without the distractions of everyday life & discover the benefits of playful asanas & deep relaxation for you and your little one.
Morning Blend
Wake up & energize the body and mind for the coming day. This class allows you to connect with the breath and focus the mind, leaving your body feeling stretched and limber. You will feel more alert, energetic and flexible without coffee (!), ready to embrace the day with a clear mind.
Pilates
A method of stretching & strengthening the full-body evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates. Teaches good posture & body-awareness while increasing core strength, flexibility, & agility. The Pilates method of training will compliment your yoga practice.
Power Hour
Economize your workout time in your lunch hour. This class builds strength & endurance using inversions, arm balances, and lots of core work for a challenging, heart-pumping mid-day workout. Students are encouraged to explore power classes after they have developed a solid foundation in their yoga practice.
Power Yoga
A fast-paced 90 minute class for intermediate to advanced students. Challenging poses & inversions are explored using the core as a foundation for physical strength. Bring your practice off your mat and into your everyday life through conscious breath, thought, and movement.
Prenatal
Modified yoga postures to ease digestion, improve circulation, strengthen pelvic floor muscles, & soothe many of the common discomforts experienced during pregnancy. Gain greater awareness of the miracles taking place in the body. All stages of pregnancy welcome, no prior yoga experience necessary.
Relax and Restore
Relaxation & breathing exercises calm your mind, while easy stretches & restorative poses allow you to deeply relax and restore balance. The class ends with a guided relaxation to let your mind completely relax.
Restorative Yoga
A deep relaxation for the body mind & spirit. Props are used to aid the body in relaxing into the poses. Regular use of this class can improve sleep, clarify emotional and mental functioning, rebalance the body, & support healing of internal & external injuries.
Sunrise Yoga

Therapeutic
Enjoy a gentle and restorative practice, utilizing props. This class is ideal for seniors, athletes recovering from injury, anyone dealing with illness or a medical condition and those seeking a gentle, soulful practice. Leave feeling calm and at peace.
Yoga 101
This back-to-basics class focuses on the fundamentals of healthy alignment & proper breathing techniques , taught with modifications to accommodate various needs & abilities. Beginners will learn the names of common poses & experienced yogis find perspective & new ways to think of commonly used poses.
Yoga 101: 10-Part Series
Curious about yoga but afraid to try a class? Want to reduce stress but worried that you don’t know an up dog from a down dog? This 10-week series taught by Rita Evans is designed to teach you the fundamentals of yoga, demystify the practice of yoga, and make it accessible to everyone. Thursdays 12-1pm March 7th-May 9th.
Hot Yoga Guidelines:
Due to the elevated temperatures, please consult your healthcare provider before undertaking a hot yoga class if you are pregnant or have high blood pressure or a heart condition. In addition to your yoga mat, it is recommended that you bring the following to hot yoga class: 1) a large yoga towel to put over your mat, 2) a small hand towel and 3) a water bottle. The temperature in the hot yoga studio is between 97°-104°F, please arrive 10 minutes early to allow your body to adjust to the heat, and have your matt set up by the start time to avoid interruptions & distractions once class has begun. Class starts on time and latecomers will not be admitted. Thank you for being a part of our studio!
