In her Vinyasa classes, Yari focuses on the alignment of movement and breath; a method that turns static poses into a dynamic flow. She teaches her students to place attention on the breath and to enjoy the journey between the poses rather than solely on achieving perfect body alignment in any pose. Through her dedicated practice of yoga she found a genuine concern for others and their ultimate daily joy. Her intention is to extend all the understanding she can muster, so that students can find what they are looking for when they come through the studio door.
