Body - Through the practice of Yoga, we tune into the physical body through the sensations we feel guided by our breath. Sensations are the way the body speaks to us. Becoming present through the body we are able to bring attention to the areas that are tight or weak, creating structural alignment and ease of pain. In addition, we keep the joint fluids flowing with ease.
Energy - Through the practice of Qi Gong we elevate our body energy through the power of focused breath and movement. Flooding the body of oxygen, we ease inflammations, boost the immune system and clear the fog of the mind. The gentle slow movements of this ancient practice allow the brain to create space between the thoughts.
